Policy regarding the processing of personal data
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the the Policy) applies to all the information that SIA NOLANS (hereinafter - Operator) can receive about a User, who uses the website http://knigariga.lv, and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data.
1.2. The Operator guarantees the confidentiality of the collection, processing and storage of the Buyer's personal data, which can be obtained about the User while using the website http://knigariga.lv. This is determined by the Personal Data Processing Law of the Republic of Latvia, European Union regulations and other regulatory enactments.
1.3. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determined User of the website http://knigariga.lv;
1.4. Personal data processing - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

3. Objectives of processing personal data
3.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to plan the visit and feedback, evaluate the quality of the work.
3.2. Also, the Operator has the right to notify the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive information messages by sending the Operator a letter to the e-mail address info@knigariga.lv with a note "Disclaimer of notices of new products and services and special offers".
3.3. The User's impersonal data collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
4. Legal basis for processing personal data
4.1. The Operator processes the personal data of the User only if they are filled in and / or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website http://knigariga.lv. By filling out the appropriate forms and / or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.
4.2. The Operator processes impersonal data about the User in the event that this is allowed in the settings of the User's browser (the saving of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology is enabled).
5. The order of collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data
5.1. When registering on the Operators website or ordering a product, the Buyer voluntarily provides personal data that is not subject to disclosure. For legal entities it is the name of the company, VAT registration number or the number of the person conducting economic activity, for individuals the name and surname, as well as for all the delivery address of goods, phone number, e-mail address and other information for preparing an order for goods or service according to the agreed conditions.
This data is used to communicate with the customer, answer requests or questions related to customer’s orders, verify access to the User’s account, restore access to the account, as well as verify the ownership of the User's account.
5.2. When placing an order, the Buyer
informs about his consent or disagreement about the use of his personal data in
direct sales activities by ticking the required field.
5.3. The website Operator undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for partners who supply goods or provide other services related to the execution of the Buyer's order. For this purpose, various technical and organizational security measures are used to protect personal data.
Personal data is stored securely and is available to a limited number of people.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
5.4. In case of revealing inaccuracies in the personal data, the User can update them independently, by sending a notification to the Operator's e-mail address of the Operator info@knigariga.lv with the note "Update of personal data".
5.5. The processing time for personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data by sending the Operator a notification via e-mail info@knigariga.lv with the mark "Resignation of consent to the processing of personal data".
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the website Operator via e-mail info@knigariga.lv.
6.2. This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing Policy by the Operator. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
